The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI systems that power autonomous agents. You’ll take ownership of architectural decisions, build prompt management frameworks, and design evaluation systems that ensure scalability, reliability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade AI systems leveraging models like GPT-4 and beyond.
• Build and manage robust prompt management systems.
• Create evaluation frameworks to ensure AI quality at scale.
• Lead infrastructure decisions and manage vendor relationships for AI tools.
• Develop best practices for prompt engineering, versioning, and orchestration.
• Monitor and improve the performance of AI agents with advanced systems.
• Mentor team members and foster growth in AI engineering practices.
• Drive continuous improvements through data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in building production-ready LLM applications.
• Deep expertise in modern AI models and infrastructure.
• Proven success in designing and deploying reliable AI systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and API development.
• Strong background in prompt engineering at scale.
• History of making impactful AI architecture decisions.
• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and scaling AI capabilities.
