About the Company:

Our hiring partner is on a mission to make running a business simpler and more accessible than traditional employment. They are building AI-powered tools that handle the work on behalf of the user—no need to learn new software or write prompts. The user simply provides context, and the AI takes care of the rest.
The company has pioneered a new category of AI-first solutions designed to do the work for you (DIFY), combining the efficiency of automation with the ease of use expected by modern small business owners. Since their launch in late 2022, millions of websites have been created using their platform. They're generating strong revenue, backed by notable investors, and growing rapidly.

The Role:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building both customer-facing features and the backend infrastructure that supports AI-driven experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and AI teams to bring concepts to life and scale the technology that powers them.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop end-to-end features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Design and build APIs and backend services to support product capabilities and AI functionality
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into seamless user experiences
  • Work with AI specialists to integrate outputs into the frontend in a meaningful way
  • Apply best practices in AI integration, including prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
  • Contribute to the development, monitoring, and optimization of AI agents
  • Participate in architectural decisions and help evolve the engineering approach as the product scales
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to engineering best practices

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience developing production-grade web applications
  • Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and frontend development standards
  • Backend experience in Node.js, including API design, data modeling, and system optimization
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and orchestration tools
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with a bias toward action
  • Self-starter attitude with curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with vector databases, prompt evaluation, or LLM deployments in production

Perks & Benefits:

  • Remote-first team with flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada (PST timezone preferred for collaboration)
  • Access to a Vancouver HQ for those who prefer hybrid work (optional)
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • Stipend to set up a productive home office
  • Ongoing support for professional development, including conferences and courses
  • Team events and retreats
  • Company-provided equipment
