You may specialize in front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, cloud, DevOps, data, AI, QA automation, or another high-demand software development area. What matters most is that your profile clearly shows depth, consistency, and the ability to deliver.

You communicate well, learn quickly, and can work with product, design, engineering, and business teams to turn requirements into working software. You care about quality, performance, reliability, and user impact.

Most importantly, you bring seniority: strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to help teams move faster without creating unnecessary complexity.

Must-Have Skills

Software Engineering Experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, or equivalent senior-level experience
• Strong experience in at least one major software development specialization
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and improve production software
• Experience working with modern development tools, workflows, and engineering practices
• Track record of delivering meaningful technical or product impact

Technical Strength
• Strong programming skills in one or more commonly used languages or frameworks
• Ability to design, debug, and improve software systems
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, testing, and deployment practices
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between speed, quality, complexity, and business needs

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development environments
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other engineers
• Comfort giving and receiving code reviews and technical feedback
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly

• Demonstrated ownership of projects, features, systems, or technical initiatives
• Ability to work independently and make sound engineering decisions
