• Strong technical production and project management experience, specifically working directly with external development teams.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript) with a solid understanding of APIs and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience configuring tools like Airtable (workflows, interfaces) and building custom automations when native tools fall short.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify operational risks, and escalate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Background in game development or studio environments, particularly with XDev-style workflows.
