About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys turning innovative ideas into scalable, production-ready software. This role is ideal for someone who can comfortably move between research, experimentation, and software engineering while maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and maintainability.

You'll work on modern AI-powered products, helping transform early concepts into customer-facing features while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Convert research prototypes and proof-of-concepts into reliable, scalable production solutions.
• Build intelligent product capabilities leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows, document processing, and automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, balancing scalability, maintainability, performance, and long-term technical sustainability.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack software development experience.
• Strong experience building production web applications from backend services through frontend interfaces.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, and scalable application architectures.
• Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

• Experience deploying applications on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Vite, Webpack, npm, pnpm, or Yarn.
• Knowledge of component architecture, internationalization (i18n), and reusable UI design patterns.
