About the Role

Our client is building a modern SaaS platform that helps professionals manage highly regulated, data-intensive workflows where accuracy, auditability, and reliability are essential.

The Frontend team is responsible for delivering intuitive, high-performance user experiences for complex business processes. Because users rely on the platform to produce accurate records and reports, every interface must prioritize usability, validation, and data integrity.

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to provide technical leadership for the frontend architecture while remaining hands-on in product development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging UI problems, mentoring engineers, and establishing engineering standards that scale.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop modern React applications for complex, data-driven workflows.
• Build intuitive interfaces for managing large datasets, complex forms, reporting tools, and business-critical workflows.
• Define frontend architecture, including component organization, state management, testing strategies, and coding standards.
• Improve application performance through profiling, optimization, and measurable performance objectives.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence product decisions from a frontend perspective.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
• Help establish consistent engineering processes and continuously improve the team's development workflow.

What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you will:

• Establish clear frontend architecture and engineering standards across the team.
• Improve the performance and scalability of the platform's most complex user interfaces.
• Increase frontend code quality through testing, documentation, and reusable design patterns.
• Help other engineers become more productive by introducing maintainable patterns and providing technical mentorship.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience designing frontend architecture for medium-to-large applications.
• Proven experience building complex data-entry workflows, dashboards, reporting interfaces, or enterprise SaaS applications.
• Deep understanding of component architecture, state management, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance, including rendering performance, virtualization, bundle optimization, and profiling.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies for frontend applications.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in fintech, accounting, legal technology, healthcare, ERP, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems or shared component libraries.
• Familiarity with modern backend technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with MongoDB, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), and modern CI/CD practices.
