About the Role

Our hiring partner is looking for a high-agency Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and operation of products powering the fintech platform. You will own critical areas of the codebase end to end, drive architecture and technical direction, and set the bar for money-movement systems.

This is not a narrow front-end or back-end role. You will mentor other engineers, lead design discussions, and own outcomes rather than tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system and feature design across the stack and own the architectural decisions.
• Define technical direction for meaningful product areas and align it with the platform roadmap.
• Make and defend trade-offs around performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Design, build, and ship complex features across data models, services, APIs, shared services, and UI.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clean, maintainable, well-tested systems.
• Own services in production, lead incident investigation, and drive preventive follow-up.
• Set high standards for observability, alerting, testing, and secure engineering.
• Mentor engineers and help shape engineering culture, hiring, onboarding, and standards.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as a software or full-stack engineer shipping and operating production systems.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with C# and .NET plus modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and owning non-trivial systems from architecture through production.
• High agency and strong systems-oriented judgment across performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Comfortable leading technically, mentoring engineers, and acting as a force multiplier.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced technology environment, with the ability to adapt quickly as teams, products, and priorities evolve.
• Currently located in Brazil and able to work fully remotely.
