About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer who can move seamlessly between product design, website experiences, and visual communication.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent design fundamentals, and a bias toward action. You’ll work across different design challenges — from improving our product UI and user experience, to redesigning our website and creating polished presentations and visual materials.

We’re also looking for someone who embraces the new generation of AI-powered design workflows. Tools such as Claude, AI-assisted design/prototyping platforms, and other emerging technologies are changing how quickly ideas can move from concept to execution. We expect our designer to actively leverage these tools to ideate, iterate, and ship high-quality work faster.

What You'll Do

• Design and improve UI/UX for our digital product, from user flows and wireframes to polished interfaces.
• Contribute to the redesign and evolution of our website, ensuring a strong visual and user experience.
• Create high-quality presentations, slide decks, and visual communications when needed.
• Translate ideas, requirements, and sometimes loosely defined concepts into clear and compelling design solutions.
• Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into finished experiences.
• Maintain strong attention to visual details, consistency, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and usability.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to accelerate research, ideation, exploration, prototyping, iteration, and production.
• Help establish and maintain design consistency across our product, website, and broader brand experience.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a closely related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world product/UI/UX work.
• Experience designing for digital products and web experiences.
• Ability to work across different design formats — particularly product UI, websites, and presentations/visual materials.
• Excellent visual judgment and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, usability, information hierarchy, typography, layout, and modern UI design.
• Comfortable working independently and turning ambiguous requirements into concrete design solutions.
• A fast, iterative approach to design and the ability to work with short turnaround times.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your design workflow. We are particularly interested in designers who are experimenting with and adopting AI-native approaches to increase their speed and creative output.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.

AI-Native Design

AI is not an optional add-on to this role — it is part of how we expect design work to be done.

We want someone who is actively exploring how tools such as Claude, AI-powered design/prototyping tools, and other emerging technologies can improve the design process.

You don't need to use a specific tool or follow a specific workflow. What matters is that you're comfortable asking:

"How can I get from idea to high-quality output faster without compromising the quality of the design?"

We value designers who use AI to accelerate exploration, generate alternatives, prototype ideas, iterate, and handle repetitive work — while still applying strong human design judgment.
