Worked with the Product team to build and scale a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. Built a self-service data importer in Ruby on Rails, Angular, and Sidekiq, tested with RSpec, reducing large imports from 1 hour to 10 minutes and adopted by 89% of customers. Improved PostgreSQL performance by replacing repeated aggregations with materialized views and asynchronous Sidekiq refreshes, reducing critical queries from minutes to milliseconds. Managed AWS Lambda, SQS, Node.js, and TypeScript services handling 190k events per day, with automated CI/CD through GitHub Actions. Implemented 2FA, RBAC, rate limiting, AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, AWS SSM secrets, and Brakeman security checks. Reduced AWS costs by 10% through instance right-sizing, jemalloc, and CPU-based scaling. Introduced GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, increasing feature delivery by 31% and fixes by 15%. Migrated a webhook service to Node 24, osls, and GitHub Actions CI/CD in approximately 4 hours. Owned the CSAT survey module end to end using a Rails REST API, Angular, asynchronous email, WhatsApp, and widget delivery. Consolidated seven Rails and Angular repositories into an Nx monorepo. Built an Angular and TypeScript application used by approximately 2,000 monthly active users in three languages and created a component library used by five applications. Mentored junior developers and led the team transition from Scrum to Kanban.
