Independent work across business analysis, product ownership and software delivery for clients in aviation, healthcare, e-commerce and other operational domains. Worked directly with founders, business owners and operational stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze existing processes, identify problems and opportunities, and define requirements for new systems and improvements. Produced process maps, workflows, functional specifications, business rules, acceptance criteria, SOPs and interactive UX prototypes. Carried products from discovery and initial definition through implementation and rollout, working closely with designers, developers and QA. Coordinated stakeholder decisions, clarified scope and priorities, identified dependencies and implementation risks, and worked through technical questions involving APIs, system integrations, data flows and testing. Projects included a helicopter operations platform covering dispatch, scheduling, crew assignments, flight reporting and invoicing; business-process analysis and requirements for a Zoho CRM migration; and healthcare software. Also worked on products involving AI/ML in document verification and medical imaging, and built a small local RAG prototype for aviation operations.
